Returns Information


If you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day returns period from your purchase date -

*online purchases only.

ALL items MUST be returned undamaged, unworn and in original condition with all Petersons Jewellers packaging and security tags intact. Please allow up to 10-working days approximately for refunds to show in your account.


Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration (by any jeweller other than Petersons Jewellers) will not be accepted. Special order items, bespoke items and items that have been resized or personalised in any way cannot be returned or exchanged for credit.

ALL returns MUST be sent by post via Royal Mail Special Delivery and MUST be insured for the full amount of purchase, we advise the customer to retain all receipts. ALL items are to be packaged accordingly so no damage is incurred during transit. Petersons Jewellers does not take any responsibility for damage or loss during shipment, and all returns made are at the cost of the customer. Deposits are regrettably non-refundable.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit card and debit card payments.

We do not accept card payments over the telephone for online orders.

Jewellery Warranty


All items of jewellery, including accessories from Petersons Jewellers are covered with a 12 month manufacture defect warranty. In the unlikelihood of this happening, please contact us via email or telephone.

*Warranty does NOT cover accidental damage, breakage, general wear, misuse or loss.
